THE INVITATIONS

 

Do you offer samples for purchase? 

Yes. We have samples of the card shown at the top of our Homepage for sale for $50 each. This is intended to give you a sense of paper weight, printing and video quality. While designs are personalized for every order, these are consistent throughout all of our invitations.

 

When can I expect to receive my samples?

Sample orders ship free within 3 days of order confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. All samples are shipped via ground from New York City based studio. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

 

How far in advance should I place my order?

We encourage you to place an order as soon as you have prepared all of the content for the items you wish to purchase. Invitations are traditionally mailed to guests between 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding or event. Therefore, we recommend placing your invitation order 12-14 weeks prior to your event.

 

Can you design the printed portion of my invite? Or must I supply it?

We will design the graphics on your invitation for a flat rate of $250. This includes two rounds of revisions. Any design work beyond this is billed at $35 an hour. You may also design your own card using our PDF template as a guide. Files should then be submitted in a vector/editable format (i.e. .ai or .pdf) with all fonts outlined.

 

Can you create the video portion of my invite? Or must I supply it?

We will put your 1:30 minute video together for a flat rate of $600 using photos, video clips, copy and music that you provide. This includes two rounds of revisions. Any work beyond this is billed at $50 an hour. You may also send us a finished video. We can accept almost every file type, however, .mp4 and .mov are the most common and work best. Your video should be under 2 minutes in length and in landscape/widescreen layout.

How long will the invitation remain charged?

The invitation arrives with a full charge that will remain so, unopened, for 3 years. Once opened, the video can play on repeat for over an hour and a half before requiring further charging.

 

Is it possible to recharge the invitation?

Yes. There is an opening at the bottom of the invitation for a commonly used USB charger. This is not supplied with the invitation.

ORDERING & SHIPPING

 

May I order a physical proof  of my card before placing my full order?

Yes, a physical proof may be purchased for $100. Please keep in mind that this will be printed digitally rather than through offset printing due to the fact that we are doing a single invitation. Offset printing requires a minimum amount of 25 pieces. However, video and screen quality will be the exact same.

 
When can I expect to receive my order?

Order fulfillment takes 4-6 weeks once final artwork, video approval and deposit have been received. You will receive an email once your cards are ready to ship so that you can pay the remaining 30% due and know that your cards are on the way.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we can support "Rush Orders" for an additional fee. Please inquire with us directly for a quote based on your needs. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to Canada but not outside North America at the moment. We plan on providing international shipping in the near future. Sign Up for our Engaging Invites Updates to keep informed.

 

What kind of envelopes should I use to mail my card?

All invitations come with a blank matte white envelope unless otherwise requested and agreed upon. If using your own, the invitation uses a standard envelope for the 8.25" by 6" invitation, we suggest a padded or bubble mailer. 

 

Can you address the invitations and send them out for me?

We are not currently offering this as a service, but plan to incorporate this service in the near future. Sign Up for our Engaging Invites Updates to keep informed. 

 

 

PAYMENT & PRICING

 

How do I pay for my order?

Once an order has been made, we will send you a Payment Request from PayPal to your email. You can use any form of payment you choose to pay the amount due.

 

Why do I need to pay a 50% deposit?

A deposit is customary for any product that is being produced as custom and personalized.

 

What is your return policy?

Since every order is custom, Returns are limited to invitations that are faulty or damaged. These must be returned to our studio in exchange for your money back or replacement invites. Replacements take 1 week.

 

Do you offer special pricing for larger quantities?

Yes. Contact us with a specific request and we will reply with a quote.
